The DLL adds a menu and sub-menus to the Edit menu called Multiple Clipboards in WordPerfect X3. CPPTPH.dll compiled from the WordPefect X3 SDK. To install it: Start > Run > Regsvr32 c:\somefolderpath\cpptph.dll. To uninstall do the same but add /U after Regsvr32.
